This is Bungalow 56 at the Coco Palms Resort on Kauai, where Elvis Presley stayed while filming scenes from Blue Hawaii. The Coco Palms has fallen into ruin, never having been remodeled since Hurricane Iniki. The resort has changed owners many times but still no one can secure the proper building permits.
