Elegant Script 2 Sided Photo Save the Date Wedding

I received my order, and unfortunately, I’m not happy with how it turned out. Paper quality – I understand the paper is matte, but in person it looks a bit cheap and doesn’t give the polished look I was expecting for wedding stationery. Printing issue – On the right side (see the attached photo, highlighted in red), there’s a visible space/gap where it looks like the image doesn’t extend fully to the edge. In my preview, the photo covered the entire paper, so I wasn’t expecting a white margin. This makes it look unfinished. Photo quality – The image itself looks a little dull and almost like the printer was running low on ink. Do I need to upgrade to a higher-definition printing option for clearer, sharper results? Overall, the final product doesn’t match what I saw in the preview or what I was expecting for something as important as wedding stationery. Can you please advise if this is a printing error or if I need to choose different options (like higher definition or different paper) to fix these issues?

I would highly recommend this product to anyone it's very simple but also so very elegant and beautiful. It turned out exactly the way I wanted it. The design, colours and printing are just so stunning i absolutely love it.

This save the date for any Christmas party would be perfect i absolutely love mine and would recommend this to anyone. The design and printing are both fantastic couldn't be more happier.
