Eggplant Purple Floral Elegant Wedding Envelopes

The envelopes were slighted in color on the sides so I was disappointed. The printing didn’t come out quite like I expected

I ordered seat assignment cards and envelopes for my wedding. I personalized them both with some extra touches, and oh WOW did they come out beautifully, especially the envelopes. Zazzle did a great job printing these and they came very quickly, too. Here's the other part that makes this company awesome: the post office had lost the package, and Zazzle's customer service immediately offered to reprint them and send them to me again expedited at no extra charge to me. How great is that??? Luckily the post office found the package, so Zazzle did not have to waste their time and money but I really appreciate that they were willing to do that. You don't see this kind of customer service very often these days. Thanks Zazzle :) .

The design is lovely, unfortunately the quality of the envelopes were atrocious... the packaging for them shrunk and started curving the envelopes in the plastic. The paper quality is super thin, and most deteriorated on the edges, causing it to break or appear white (see pictures). The prints for the invitation themselves also had similar issues which made them look very cheap. Unfortunately my partner and I need to send invites ASAP, so we had to cop it and didn't proceed with an exchange. Super unfortunate as the designs were great!
