This rewards card features a yellow and white polka dot background with 18 dots. In the center, there is a line to write the child's name and below it, it says, "Good "bee"haviour rewards card". The spelling of "bee haviour" can be changed to "bee havior". Also, you can change that message entirely if you wish along with the font style, size and color. There is an illustration of a bee as well. Put an X through each dot or punch a hole in it to mark when you see an example of a good behavior.
