Eat Rice? [Gin Khao?] ... Thai Lao Isan Food Bumper Sticker
Eat Rice? in Thai Gin Khao? - Thai language.
Glutinous rice also called sticky rice, sweet rice, waxy rice, botan rice, biroin chal, mochi rice, and pearl rice is a type of short-grained Asian rice that is especially sticky when cooked.
In Thailand and Laos the rice is known as Khao Niao ข้าวเหนียว / ເຂົ້າໜຽວ (Rice Sticky). It is cooked by soaking for several hours and then steaming in a bamboo pot. After that, it should be turned out on a clean surface and kneaded with a wooden paddle to release the steam; this results in rice balls that will stick to themselves but not to fingers. The large rice ball is kept in a small basket made of bamboo.

The sticker quality is quite good and is exactly what I expected. The colours and font are nice and visible. So will stand out well on my vehicle.
