Eastern Chipmunk - Tamias striatus Key Ring

Chipmunk spend a lot of time gathering and storing food for the winter. They have complicated burrows underground with separate rooms for sleeping, storing food, and even a bathroom. Chipmunks also talk a lot, and can be heard gossiping as they gather food or calling out a loud "CHIP!" when they feel danger is near. They got the name "chipmunk" from the "chip-chip" sound they make:>)
