Our experience with Zazzle for various items for a wedding was very unsatisfactory over period of several months starting with bridal shower invitations. We used Zazzle for everything. The number one problem is, you can never speak to a representative if you have an issue. They say that your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. But the hassle you have to go through to get to that point when an errors made on their part is crazy. Yes a few of the things that we ordered were accurate and we received them without issue but the other orders that we received with this issue; Damaged, etc. were the biggest headache to get resolved going forward we will not use Zazzle for anything. And one item the design quality was poor. The color saturation was poor. The item was done on paper stock instead of a card stock. It was next to impossible to get to somebody to help us resolve it. We ended up just paying twice and never got a refund.
