An unbridled passion for art! Drizzled was painted by Avonelle Kelsey (1931-2009), who went through a bit of a 'drip phase' (abstract-impressionism) after retiring from teaching art in Oceanside, CA and relocating her gallery to a large, historic sandstone building in South Dakota. In the beginning, splashing paint on the walls could only help the place. Purchases of artwork and merchandise featuring my mother's (Avonelle) paintings helps empower me in keeping her legacy of creativity alive, while you share her gifts of original art with the world. I was happy with the acrylic tag but it came with a thin leather strap to attach the tag to luggage (like a cat collar). I replaced the strap with a metal ring off of a key ring as the leather strap would come undone or break easily as luggage is sometimes handled without much care by airlines. Printing is great. Colours and positioning of the design I put on the tag were perfect. Very pleased.
