Polperro is a beautiful fishing village and harbor in Cornwall, England. "My first painting of the year to have dried in time to launch is Polperro. This was started back in April 2022 when I was house-hunting with my daughter and was finally finished in late November. Polperro in Cornwall has a very special place in my heart. In some ways it is like stepping into a Greek village with lots of white-washed houses. But when you look a bit deeper, you can see a unique English creative touch which I love so much. It is such a spiritual place and a sketchbook treasure trove to be explored. I can't wait to get back there again to sketch and take a boat trip!"
