Dramatic Light Breaking Through the Storm Clouds Magnet

When you think desert, you think of lifeless sand dunes and endless blue sky. Utah's high desert is mountainous, with high peaks and rolling hills, alternating with flat sections full of surprisingly colourful vegetation. While chasing a fast moving storm, admiring the scaled clouds and the colourful landscape, we witnessed this amazing spectacle. I wish you could hear the rolling thunder and see the lighting coming closer and closer when I took this shot. It was time to move! Fast!
