The estimated shipping date was November 23rd. I received the product on December 12th. However, Zazzle was great about helping me rectify the situation. The design looks great. I was not expecting it to be white on the reverse side of the tie, although now that I have the tie and look at the picture online, it does appear that way in the photo online.
