Donald Trump 45th President Inauguration Keepsake Watch

My husband got this for christmas. He only wore it a few times. He was careful to not wear in the shower. He noticed after a week that it had water in it and it wasn't working. Upon inspection, it isn't water, the paper or material is scrunched up and keeping the hands from moving. I would like a refund or a watch that will work more than a week. It was 72 dollars. I could get a cheap walmart watch to work longer than this one did. I will gladly send it back to you since it's no good to us.

The watch is very nice, the picture is great and the watch looks like quality. The only problem I am having with it is that it is a little too large, and I also can't figure out how to open the clasp. No directions came with it. Very good. The printing is perfect and the watch keeps good time.

The personalization and the photo print on the face was perfect. However, I bought this as it was listed under women's...but, it came the same size as the men's watch that ordered. I called Zazzle. They were very understanding and more than willing to make me a happy customer...Explained that I should order a children's size, an then told me to keep this watch for no charge. And also since I bought the watches in a 50% off sale, they gave me a code to use for that same price for the watch I will buy to replace this one. I am VERY impressed with the customer service..and their willingness to accommodate my issue. I can say that I will be a return customer! The printing and the photo are perfect! Very clear!
