The design was inspired by the vintage retro 60s text rainbow design and the dissipating effect on the logo to portray innovation. The dissipating effect on the silhouette of the nurse was created to portray that training was still incomplete. To further emphasize the medicine element, the famous hospital cross was used for all the dissipating pieces.
