It was just about O. K. to antagonise a carnivorous dinosaur if you were safely well inside a cave. If the dinosaur was far enough away you could see the whole lot of it, while if it was close to the entrance you could just see its knee. It was such a scary sight that you resolved that you would never do anything to make one angry again. And you didn’t, until it was out of sight for at least two hours.
