Dining Hall Card

Artist Bob Acheson began his painting of the YMCA Camp of Maine's time honoured dining hall in 1985. After 28 years the painting was completed during the summer of 2013. Bob resides in Dixfield, Maine after retiring from the New Page Publishing and Paper Mill after 23 years of service. He is an accomplished painter and continues to support the camp where he was a head counsellor from 1979-1985. Bob taught sailing and dramatics. His love of the camp is reflected in the painting he recently completed and donated to camp as a fund raiser for the capital program.

A beautiful card. Highest quality materials and print. Misunderstood the explanation of the gold accent. I took it as the design would be metallic in its appearance. Still a lovely card and I am extremely happy with it overall. Perfect, only that I expected the gold to be metallic.
