I purchased 3 of the same ornaments thinking that it appeared classy in the photos. When it apprived, I was extremely disappointed in the ornamant. It looks very cheap and cheezy. It doesn't look like the photo at all. Very dissatisfied with the selection I made. :(. Good

I was extremely disappointed. I had ordered 3 of these for my 2 daughters and 1 son. The customization was nice but the ornament was nothing like the photo. It looked very cheap and shiny. I don't think I will share these with my family. I had hoped for something special which would be an evlasting memory. Quite frankly, the ring on the ornament looks very cheesy. There is also a blemish on the shiny coating which cheapens it even more. I feel I wasted a lot of money and time waiteing for them to arrive. Nice
