Dhyana yoga mat

Being a person that meditates, I know how important it is to be in the correct frame of mind before you even start. My designs are specifically created to get your mind and body ready before you even start a session. Take a minute to lay out your mat and just look at the image to prepare your mind for the session ahead. I've created two designs for each mat, so you can reverse it whenever you feel like a different image to relate to. All four words on this design can be edited by you so you can make it a more personal experience for you. If you are a beginner I will let you know what these four words mean.
