This has been a very upsetting experience with ordering mugs from Zazzle.The product, the mugs were NOT packed well enough and there were 7 mugs broken in this order and 2 broken in another order. I told customer service today there were only 6 in this order, but I was washing off the last mug and felt something sharp in my hand and it was a piece of the rim of the mug and blood on the rim where it cut me! I am suppose to have 6 replacement mugs by 12/18/24, but I NEED a total 7 to be replaced due to this last one being broken and cutting my knuckle! I need all of them by the 18th of December at the latest. The supplier needs to learn how to pack mugs better or not sell them! At this point I really need more than 7 because I have no idea if they will all make it here unbroken and I NEED a total of 60 which I purchased. Your quick response and help us needed with this mug situation. Thank you. .
