Design Your Own Custom Family Name Return Address Self-inking Stamp

I love the design of this stamp, however it works so poorly! Only about every 5th stamp comes out decent. Either it's not fully inked in, waaaay too much ink so you can't read the address or name clearly, or it somehow adds extra ink and it not uniform. There were so many times I stamped and there was SO much ink it took forever to dry, so it took up so much space needing to lay each envelope out on their own so they didn't smear on another envelope. This took away from the ease I thought I was having by purchasing this stamp... Also, some how the ink was not solely contained to the stamp and added extra black streaks and smudges just by stamping. The print looks fine on the stamp, it just stamps horribly and there's way too much ink that comes out so it's very illegible.

I have always signed the books I sell and indicated what copy the book was in a Limited Number of Copies. Till now, that was a messy process. With my new stamp, it is so much better, more professional. I just wished I had thought of doing this before. After ordering it, using your simple design template, the stamp came safely to more door within a week. Excellent service. It works beautifully. I am delighted.

I WAS very excited to receive this, however, the actual stamp pad has a little piece missing and the writing is too small. I would appreciate a voucher for a brand new stamp please. :( I'm not impressed whatsoever with the "quality". The printing is a little blurry, and there's a piece missing on the actual rubber stamp.
