Dennis Miller Bunker Painting at Calcot (1888) by John Singer Sargent is a vintage Victorian Era fine art portrait painting. Dennis Miller Bunker (an American Impressionism painter) is seen here painting in a meadow with Sargent's sister Violet. The woman is sitting next to a creek in Calcot, England. This painting was done in the "en plein air" style which means in the open air, meant to describe paintings created outside. About the artist: John Singer Sargent (1856-1925) was the most successful portrait painter of his era. Sargent is usually not thought of as an Impressionism painter, but he sometimes used impressionistic techniques to great effect with his own version of the impressionist style.

The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
