Dancer Delphine Perroud modelled for this shoot. Abstract: Nothing here is just what it seems at first glance. Created by Paul Ackerman's cubist approach, these ballet-burlesque dancers, contortionist, pole dancers and aerialist live in floating virtual worlds. A symphony of sounds, texture and emotions takes you away to a mysterious universe called DANSE BLEUE. Media: Body Projections by Paul Ackerman. Many of the original images were created by combining computer graphics, hand painting the colour and etching directly onto blank film and plastic. With a BFA in Drawing and Photography, a lot of attention to detail is applied to both the science and art from a cubist painterly approach.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
