In Duluth, Mn, at 600 feet above Lake Superior is Enger Tower. One gets an expansive view of the Western end of Lake Superior and the lower St. Louis river. One also sees a lot of sky from the rock ledge where I set up my camera.
After photographing the bay, lake, Minnesota Point and Lift Bridge I observed the clouds and took a number of shots of the sky.
This is one of them.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
