De Morgan (1839-1917) was an important Arts & Crafts movement artist who created stylized flora and fauna designs from both life and fantasy. De Morgan's original red luster glazed tiles have a luminescent rainbow of colors visible when viewed from an angle or in indirect lighting. We have tried to capture some of that here and a bit differently in our De Morgan barn owl tiles. Let us know which effect you prefer and we will accommodate our customers' choice in current and future ruby luster tiles.
