A beautiful angel is holding an orb that represents the earth and the world. It is day one of a series that depicts the creation of the earth by God. About the artist: Sir Edward Coley Burne-Jones, 1st Baronet (1833-1898) was an English artist and designer closely associated with the later phase of the Preraphaelite movement.

I bought this as a little extra gift for my friend for her suprise bridal shower as we were doing a clay making class so it was to protect her outfit!
