    About This Design

    Dandelion Magnet

A botanical illustration of a Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale). Customisable text reading "Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)" also appears. You may change both the background colour and the text colour. The English name for the common, widely-spread plant is likely derived from French "dent de lion" meaning "lion's tooth", referring to the coarsely toothed leaves. The dandelion has long been used for medical purposes. It is a traditional herbal remedy for infections and liver problems, and as a diuretic.

Was very happy with the magnet. Cropping was as expected, corners are rounded. Good material. Magnet sticks well to fridge, as expected. The quality of the printing was good. I have tried other companies in the past which turned out too pixilated, was happy with the quality. Only thing was that they printed a bit on the dark side. Colour not as bright as on my computer.

It was given as an early Christmas gift to my sister-in-law as a joke because she quite enjoys a daily tipple - fortunately she was most amused. Wonderfully - quite clear and not too obtrusive.
