Dalby Waterwheel Frozen

If there is about a week of really cold weather the Dalby Waterwheel will freeze over, but the water still pours from the wheel even though the wheel is frozen. The Dalby Waterwheel was built in 1923, replaced in 1927 by Edward J Dalby. It was one of the first hydro-electric plants on Hood Canal. Add your own verse to make this card extra special.
