Daedalus Minotaur of Crete Card

The Minotaur of Greece is half man, half bull. The best known was confined to a labyrinth on the island of Crete created by Daedalus. In this image we are looking up at the Minotaur who is heavily tattooed with Celtic knot work. He is shouldering an axe and grips a sword in the bright, clear Grecian day. This piece was done in mixed media with a predominantly aqua blue palette.
