Cute Mother of the Groom Survival Kit Tote Bag

With all the love and stress the Mother of the groom goes through I wanted to gift her a special, fun gift. I added a picture of her son and wife, to be on the back of the bag and then filled it with a bottle of her favorite red wine and chocolate. PERFECT little surprise from me, the "grandmother" of the groom. Picture is clear and perfect. I'm not a computer whiz when it came to figureing out how to actually do this, but it wasn't that hard and it came out PERFECT!

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.
