Overall, product is good. With regards to personalizing with your own photo, I think the software/process for doing so could be much better (ie: if the software would actually scale the photo/image to fit the available space), it gets pretty awkward trying to get your own image placed/scaled properly. I think the quality of the photo image I uploaded would have been better on a "glossy" paper option, but otherwise was good
