Excellent quality acrylic key chains and double-sided design luggage tags. Key chains with attached sturdy chain. Design as pictured, colors bright. Chose not to personalize back of keychain or front or back of double-sided design luggage tags because of upside down orientation problem as previously described in review for luggage tags. Double-sided luggage tags, excellent quality acrylic, design on both sides as pictured, colors bright. As with custom one-sided luggage tags luggage strap is weak, would not survive one trip. I have replaced them with plastic loops. Did not customize key chains or double-sided design luggage tags due to probable production error of the printing being upside down in orientation to design on front of keychains and either side of double-sided luggage tags, as previously described in review for single-sided luggage tags

Maybe you could prompt customers that they can write on the back also. Very satisfied Thankyou
