Overall product was very nice, however, the spelling was wrong, and, I requested to return for the correct spelling. I was given a 20%discount, and, needed to re-order, and, pay for shipping again. I chose to use the 25% off promo code, offered to everyone, at this time. Saving $2.00, and, needing to purchase a new desk name plate, was not a 100% guarantee. In the end, gift for my boss, cost $50.00, instead of $ 25.00. If name was correct, it would have been perfect.
