Okay, so I got this for a child's gift that I was sending out early. When it was 4 days late and tracking hadn't moved on it I e-mailed them and they sent another out expedited without an issue. I am so thankful because I got that expedited one in 2 days and was able to send the gift out and they got it dec.24th. They worked with me and for that I am going to forever be a loyal customer. I recommend these guys for wrapping paper for real and their customer service was amazing in light of this horrific mailing season of 2020. And the wrapping paper was adorable and great quality. Print actually looks better than it does than in the picture.
