Customised QR Code For Mobile Phone Business Card

This is a fully customisable business card that uses QR Scan Codes. QR codes are like big bar codes with white and black dot patterns. They allow you to encode text, a URL, a phone number or SMS on stationery and allow anyone to read the code and display the content on their mobile phone with a QR Scan code facility (Many makes of mobile phones can now read the codes with an application and their built-in camera). To personalise your business card please follow these instructions. You will want to make sure the QR Code is readable before ordering, so you will need a QR Code enabled mobile phone to test it : 1. Use Google to search for a 'QR-Code Generator' or 'QR Code Generator'. There are several web-based converters free to use. Type into the generator the parameters it needs to produce the QR code image (e.g. your company web URL). Options may include selection and completion of text, URL, phone number or SMS, and image size (larger is better). 2. Download the image the generator creates to your hard disc. Upload it here to zazzle in your images folder 3. In the Business Card on this page select the Customise option button and change our template image (called QR-Code-Customised) to your customised QR code image. You will need to upload it here to zazzle in your images folder. 4. Now bring up the business card on your screen in 'product' or 'design' view with magnification on and test with your mobile phone. If the QR Code image and your screen is of sufficient resolution and quality your mobile phone should translate the image into a URL (or other selected output). If so, congratulations - you can continue to personalise your business card, from step 5 onwards. If it doesn't work then you should check out what might be wrong and try again. 5. Finish your personalisation of the business card with an appropriate font style, size and colour for all the information you need to print on it.
