Named the Holland Harbour South Pierhead Lighthouse, but affectionately known as Big Red, the current structure was erected in 1907. In 1970 when the U.S. Coast Guard recommended that Big Red be abandoned, the Holland Harbour Lighthouse Historical Commission was organised to rescue and preserve it.

I thought these were Christmas cards when I ordered them. Much to my surprise they are small but as cute as ever! I ended up putting a sticker inside to announce our new address. Then included it inside our Christmas wishes. Worked out perfect. I would purchase again. It also looks like our pup, Pharley. 😁. Printing could not have been better! It was perfect. I mailed them all out so I don’t have a picture. They were so cute!
