Sent in a large image in non-vector JPEG format. The stamp was tiny and had lines on it. When I presented it to Fox Stamp, Sign & Specialty, they redid the entire product and the difference was like night and day. Terrible. The company I went to for a redo were appalled at the poor quality and said they would never let something like that leave the building.

I WAS very excited to receive this, however, the actual stamp pad has a little piece missing and the writing is too small. I would appreciate a voucher for a brand new stamp please. :( I'm not impressed whatsoever with the "quality". The printing is a little blurry, and there's a piece missing on the actual rubber stamp. I would appreciate a voucher for a brand new stamp please. I was planning on using this for work, but - not now. :(
