This simply stylish photo birth announcement flat card features a contemporary look that is equally well suited to girls and boys. We've picked rounded corners as the default shape setting, but you can easily change the look to sharp corners, as that look also works wonderfully with this design. The name and stats text on the front is in a slightly softened black, but when you edit our sample text to show your own details, you can easily also change that text colour and font to suit your style. For example, you might want to highlight your baby's name by choosing another colour. If you prefer a more minimalist look, you can delete without replacing any of our sample stats-you might not want to include the time of day or length, for example. We've set the background on the front as transparent, to let the colour of your paper simply serve as the base tone. You can change this by choosing a colour instead. On the back, we've chosen an elegant background colour called White Smoke, it's a very light grey that's mostly white. You can easily change this colour as well if you'd like, to another hue or to transparent to show the paper colour. We've added some placeholder text for you to replace with your own message. Though we used a shade of grey for the placeholder text, you can change the colour as well as the font. After you delete our placeholder text, you might decide to simply leave the back entirely blank, so that you can add a handwritten message with your signatures after you receive your cards. In any case, please do remember to remove all of the placeholder and sample text on both sides as well as our sample photo! The default paper type, matte, has a soft warmth to it and resists smudging, so it's a great choice for writing your own message.
