The ceramic was good quality - true white, not the creamy off-white of cheaper kinds. I was disappointed though when I received a note inside warning that it contained lead and to wash after handling product! I found the picture a little too red but I didn't have a printed copy so it may have shown differently on my monitor.

Personalised with a very special photo for my family members. Really happy with it. The photo used was old and slightly blurred but the print turned out extremely well. Zazzle emailed to inform me the photo may be pixilated but I chose to go ahead with printing as it was. I'm really glad I did.
