I ordered this ornament because my brother owns a Golden Retriever, and I had it monogramed with his dog's name! It arrived in time before Christmas and he loved it! (my brother, I'm sure the dog loved it too! lol) Anyhow, very satisfied with the purchase. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was that it was supposed to be sent with a gift message and it wasn't. (Not sure why because I remember writing one). My brother wasn't sure who the gift was from. But he guessed it was from me and was very happy with it! Success! Not sure, I gave it a 4, but I didn't see it, however, I didn't hear any negative feedback from my brother. Only positive comments.
