The original card design was a black background. I called customer service and they directed me to contacting the designer directly. In less then a few hours the designer changed the background to white and made a few tweaks to my exact specfications. I was surprised this actually was able to be done. I'm very satisfied with the entire experience. Exactly how it looked on the screen. Flat matte finish.
