In general, it's okay I guess. I found it a bit difficult to figure out the designing process. Although the printing looks good as it did during the designing, it turned out so much smaller than I expected, I had to use a magnifying glass to even read it and even then it's still difficult to make out. I'm still debating if I want to give it as a gift or not.

I ordered this for my Granddaughter. Production was quick, so delivery was earlier than expected. I've had some bad luck ordering on line, but this key chain is beautifully made and sturdy. (Of course, now I see it's 20% off! LOL!) Since you design it yourself, it's perfect for any occasion or for "just because". They did a great job and it's beautiful.
