Good luck trying to get ahold of customer service I went on for about 20 minutes typing talk to agent over and over I have tried to get in touch with them for over a week You are better off ordering from Amazon. Didn’t get what I wanted

I wasn’t sure what to expect given the price, but when it arrived, it looked and felt amazing - the script and everything was exactly as I had seen on my screen! I did unmount it from the wood block to remount onto a cling backing to use with my stamping platform, and the rubber was sturdy and I didn’t lose anything in this process. Also it arrived in Perth, Western Australia pretty much within 7-10 days of ordering - I was amazed! Really crisp, clean stamping - can’t fault it!
