I have not yet received this product. I ordered the product on November 21, 2023. It has not yet been delivered. I spoke with your customer service representative on December 7. He informed THAT: 1. Package was lost at postal center in Bensenville, IL. 2. It would take 4 days to remake the order. 3. Shipment would be expedited. 4. I should receive the order by Dec 15. If I don’t get a cogent explanation or receive merchandize by this point, I would like a total refund of $136.21. I had a similar experience during this time last year. YOUR PRODUCTS ARE GENERALLY SATISFACTORY! HOWEVER I WILL REFRAIN FROM ORDERING DURING HOLIDAY SEASON,. N.A. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT. I AM WAITING FOR THE PRODUCT. YOUR SYSTEM INDICATES: “Made on Tuesday, Nov 21, on the way but running late”

The quality is excellent. My mother will love to receive this for Christmas. The printing was great quality

Christmas decorations were perfect photos were really clear although the font turned out to be very small I'd recommend it be made bigger. Although for a .com.au website I understood the product would be made in Australia turns out it was made and sent from Ireland. I wouldn't order again for this reason. Very clear photos, colours were perfect, the font was too small it didn't look this small in the preview so this was a little disappointing.
