Curious Desert Bighorn Sheep Ram And Ewes Lumbar Cushion

Featured on this lumbar pillow is an original photo by Karen Coffelt of a trio of desert bighorn sheep in the Arizona Sonoran Desert. The ram and one of his ewes are curiously looking towards the photographer to determine whether or not there is a threat. They live in the mountainous regions of the American desert southwest and in northern Mexico. These sheep can go long periods of time without water. This particular group, of which there were a total of 4, were photographed in the Superstition Wilderness near the Tortilla Trailhead on Arizona State Rte. 88, which is also called the Apache Trail. The text is an Apache Blessing that reads, "May you walk through the world and know its beauty all the days of your life."
