The product was missing from my original order but as soon as I contacted Zazzle, I received an immediate response and a shirt was sent out quickly. I was happy with that customer service experience. The shirt is a thick pre-washed cotton and I have confidence it will wash and wear well. Printing is exactly as I assumed it would be and looks great. We have not yet washed it.
