I ordered this shirt in XS for a small size womens (5'3 and 135 lbs) (since they dont seem to have this one in womens) and i ordered the large mens size for a normally large T shirt sized guy and they both fit perfectly. The material is light and thin, so i would not count on this shirt for warm layer, rather it is perfect for summer sailing or running, or anything active outside, it really keeps you cool! Printing was just as it looked on the proof.
