The overall experience was positive. The product quality was far superior to what I expected. From the time I ordered to delivery was faster than I anticipated... The price was very reasonable for the product that was delivered. I believe one needs some photographic skills to obtain proper results. I wish I had been smart of enough to place indicators around the face of the watch to help me determine the hour & minutes. Also if available I would like to see more case options other than chrome such as black. Various color options for leather bands would be a nice thought as well... Would I order this product again, the answer is a huge yes, ABSOLUTELY. Being able to produce a quality customized watch at a reasonable price is PRICELESS.... The quality of the print image was impressive as it looks very professional. I am really impressed with the perfect fidelity between the online design tool and the product. The watch is good quality, looks beautiful, and matches the picture at checkout exactly. You can buy this item with confidence. Printing looks good and the alignment of the image was perfect (I wanted the edges of my design to precisely touch the edge of the circular watch face).
