The product itself was great! The website is very easy to handle and I love the range of tools and designs you can chose from to create a unique personalised gift. The printing itself looks great (and not cheap like in many other cases) but I unfortunately received the wrong colour! Upon contacting the Zazzle Customer Service Support, I embarked on a fantastic problem solving experience though. Not only did my agent reply promptly to all my e-mails, she also initiated the replacement product immediately and supervised it to be carried out accurately and in reasonable time. Having worked in customer service oriented positions for many years as well as ordering items online on a regular basis and hence being exposed to many experiences on the way, this was a very welcome change to some really bad customer service which seems to spoil the shopping landscape out there more and more. Zazzle has promptly responded to my complaint, conducted itself in the most reliable way and made sure that I receive the item originally ordered. Absolutely recommendable! A very happy new Zazzle customer :-)
