Custom Baseball

The item was marketed as a customized baseball with custom logo. I purchased four at a cost exceeding $250 AUD total. The four baseballs arrived today. While they are printed ok, i am really unhappy with the finished product as the baseballs are shiny white plastic (not leather). Nowhere on the ad does it say the baseballs would be a synthetic material or plastic and the sample image gives no indication that the materials used would be plastic. This is such a rip off top have paid more than $50 AUD per ball for cheap, plastic crap. Surely they cannot be refunded because they have customized logos printed on them. A real scam because the ads should clearly describe the materials used in production to give buyers a sense of what to expect.

My husband doesn't like material gifts and is difficult to shop for, but you can't beat a baseball full of family memories. Beautiful! The ball has a beautiful glossy finish. The picture quality was excellent.
