I ordered 5 ornaments (in 2 separate orders) and they were all supposed to be “gold tone. “When I put the item in my cart, the description showed up as “silver tone” even though I selected “gold tone.” When the items arrived, only 1 was “gold toned” —the rest were “silver toned.” Since I did not have time until Christmas to get the corrected items. I gave the 3 incorrect “silver toned” ornaments as gifts and filed a return for the remaining incorrect “silver toned” ornament. The process of filing for a return was ridiculous! I was required to upload a pdf photo of the incorrect item (not pasted into the email) — as if they didn’t know what they sent me! It is now AFTER Christmas and I still have not received my item! The printing was not the problem.
