Ordered a gift for my mom for Christmas on December 2nd. It claimed to be at the post office in her town on the 12th. It’s now the 17th, and still not there. I contacted the post office to double check. The tracking number Zazzle gave me doesn’t exist with UPS. Zazzle lied about shipping it??? Never arrived. Claimed to be shipped weeks ago...
